Tour Results,
Schedules, and News:
As we basked
in a week of beautiful sunshine in the Pacific Northwest the Pga tour
was trying to get a tournament in down the coast in rainy southern California.
At the time of this writing Chad Campbell and Adam Scott were tied for
the lead after 36 holes, with little hope of them getting any more golf
in. If they cannot complete, it will be only the fifth time that a tournament
had to be called after 36 holes. They would try to get a playoff in to
determine a winner, and the same prize money would be awarded, but it
would not be an official victory with all the exemptions etc. They also
the World Match Play starting on Wednesday, rather than the typical Thursday
tournament start.
Mark James
topped Hale Irwin and Tom Wargo on the Champions Tour. Thongchai Jaidee
defended his title at the European Tour's Malaysian open. Stephen Bowditch
won in Australia on the Nationwide Tour.
In other
news, Annika Sorenstam filed for divorce this week from her 8 year marriage
to David Esch. Some say this may extend her career because she had talked
about early retirement to have a family.

As
a former hypnotherapist and golf professional, I was pleasantly
surprised by the book. Not only was it a well referenced good read,
but also had very solid, up to date explanations about how hypnosis
works. This book really shows us why we have not improved very much
in spite of lots of practice. We need to change the subconscious
"feel" of our swing, and this book will show you how.
This book is a classic, what a great find!
I wouldn't
blame you for being sceptical. I was too until I read this book.
The website isn't great and the person who found this great out
of print book is not a golf expert, but the book is one of the best
I have read. You will find quotes from some of the old golf greats
for an entertaining as well as informative read.
My
honest goal is to have at least 75% of my subscribers and customers
read this ebook, it is that much of a pleasant surprise for me.

Golf Using Self-Hypnosis" now.

Tip
of the week:
Tips
for Long Putts:
The
key on the long putts is always speed. You are rarely going to make a
put of ten feet or more (even the pros make a low percentage of these),
so you want to make sure that you are close to the hole for the next one.
Speed is even more important than line on the longer putts especially
if they break considerably.
People
don't practice long putts enough. A good way to do this is to practice
before your round on the practice green. Stand at one end and putt balls
to the farthest fringe, the goal being to get it as close to the fringe
line as possible. By hitting to the fringe instead of a target you focus
only on the speed. It doesnt hurt to practice your shorter putts like
this as well. You then leave the green to your round without the possible
frustration of missing several putts on the practice green before your
round.
