Schedules, and News:
Tiger Woods
finally got a stroke play victory this week at the Buick Invitational.
He emerged from the fog at Torrey Pines with 4-under 68 to win by three
shots. Tom Lehman who came into the weekend with the lead, was tied with
Woods going to the 17th hole but was unable to finish strong, eventually
tying for second with Lehman, Luke Donald, and Charles Howell III. Lehman
however, continues his good play from the end of last year when he was
in contention several times.
Tim Clark
was the winner in South Africa on the European Tour. Dana Quigley topped
Tom Watson in a playoff at the Mastercard Championship in Hawaii on the
Champion's Tour. Next week the Nationwide Tour gets underway in Panama.
This week
the tour returns to the California desert where Phil Mickelson will defend
his title at the Bob Hope.

Tip
of the week:
Tips
for Using Visualization:
All
great athletes know how to use visualization to enhance their performance.
It is well known that the body cannot tell the difference between reality
and imagination. Therefore using visualization to help your body perform
is vital for peak performance.
For
golf there are two ways you can visualize. The first is to play the shot
in your mind in as much detail as possible from the moment of sweet contact
to the ball flight, and after it hits the ground. The second is to actually
see yourself swinging and hitting the ball.
Now
you are not always going to get the result you visualize, but studies
show that if you can keep extraneous mental activity out of the way, the
body will create the result you are looking for. This of course is the
difficult and this
ebook on self hypnosis for golf can help you achieve it.
