Limited time special price. The Week on the tours: Chad Campbell is proving to be one of the top young players on tour. His decisive victory this week at the star studded Bay Hill Invitational has catapulted him into the tours elite players, especially after winning the Tour Championship only a few months ago. He started the day four shots behind Stuart Appleby who was ten shots worse than Saturday. Though Appleby faltered, Campbell had an error free 66 on Sunday and deserved the victory. After Thursday it appeared that Tiger was ready to defend this title for a record fifth straight time. Back to back 74's were another disappointment in his efforts to do something special. A couple of years ago you could have counted on him to come through in this situation, but lately his performance is far from guaranteed. The other best player in the world did not disappoint, as Annika Sorenstam dominated at the Safeway International with a four stroke win. It was her 49th tour victory in the 95 degree temperature and strong winds. Annika has played two tournaments this year and has won both. If there was ever a player who could win every event she played, it would Annika. OK, I know that is impossible, but she makes a person believe she could do it with her effortless play. Colin Montgomerie won for the first time in a year and a half on the European Tour. He shot 67 and 65 on the weekend for the victory at the Caltex Masters in Singapore. Montgomerie was very happy with his weekend performance, and is more confident that he is on the comeback trail after a couple of tough years. The first big week in golf is upon us with The Player's Championship, and the LPGA's first major at the Kraft Nabisco Championship. Patricia Meunier-Lebouc will not defend her title as she is not fully ready to play after recently giving birth to her first child. However, 14 year old Michelle Wie will be one of six amateurs who will compete. Jim Furyk will be absent from the Player's Championship due to a lingering wrist injury.

"At Jinja there is both a hotel and golf course. The latter is, I believe, the only course in the world which posts a special rule that the player may remove his ball from hippopotamus footprints." - Evelyn Waugh Short Putts: On short putts you need to make sure you do not take a lot of time to think about it. I suggest you look at the line, step up to the ball and hit it as soon as you are settled. Tension is the reason for most putts inside four feet to be missed, and tension is caused by standing over the ball too long. I would also encourage you to stand with your feet quite close together (if it is not too windy), and keep your elbows tucked to your body. This will help you keep your swing on line. For more
